Hey, I'm Mele 👋
I built an amateur esports club. And I quickly saw the problem was bigger than me: this scene keeps no record of itself. Teams form and dissolve in DMs, the best seasons disappear with the Discord server that saw them, and a player who changes clubs starts over from nothing.
That disorder costs everyone. A player has nothing to show for what they've done. A club recruiting searches blind, among people it knows nothing about. Staff spend more time holding spreadsheets together than making their team better. It isn't a lack of seriousness — there was simply nowhere to put any of it.
Lineup came out of that. The idea is simple: give the amateur scene a memory. A public page for every club and every player, a track record that follows you from one team to the next, and a place where the people recruiting finally find the people looking. Everything else — team management, schedules, tryouts — is built on top of it.
The project is still early, and it grows with the people using it: clubs publishing their page, players building their profile, staff telling us what's missing. If you've ever tried to prove what you're worth with nothing but a handle and your word, you know why this exists.
We're building the platform we wish we'd had.
