By accessing or using Lineup (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Lineup provides online tools to help esports clubs manage members, teams, calendars, tryouts, scrims, and related workflows. Features may change as the product evolves.

The Service is intended for clubs, staff, and players using it in a professional or association context. You are responsible for how you use the Service within your organization.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

Notify us promptly at contact@lineuphq.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not:

• –Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use
• –Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• –Use the Service to violate applicable law or third-party rights
• –Upload malware or harmful content
• –Scrape or automate the Service in a way that harms performance or other users

The Service may integrate with third parties (for example authentication providers, Discord, or hosting). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to connect.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we must comply with law, or if we discontinue the Service (where reasonably possible, we will give notice).

Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination (including disclaimers and limitations where applicable).

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.

Courts located in France shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory provisions.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
